Façade and roof cleaning

A grimy façade makes a building look ten years older. In most cases, cleaning suited to the surface is enough to restore its original appearance — without renovation scaffolding or a complete repaint.

Often a fraction of the cost of a complete repaint — we price both options after the assessment.

Assessment before work begins

Concrete, stone, wood, metal, aluminium, render: each surface calls for its own technique. We identify the material, the type of soiling (pollution, moss, biological growth, graffiti) and the condition of the joints before choosing the method.

The wrong choice of pressure or product permanently damages a facing.

Roofs

De-mossing, cleaning and water-repellent treatment. An overgrown roof retains water, wears tiles out faster and eventually means re-roofing.

Water-repellent and anti-graffiti treatment

After cleaning, applying a protective coating slows down re-soiling and makes tags easier to remove. Indicative effective life: [X] years depending on exposure.
