Post-construction cleaning

Between the end of the works and the handover of the keys, there's still dust, adhesive residue, labels on the windows and rubble. We hand over the building ready to be occupied, within the slot your schedule allows.

Cleaning during construction

Cleaning up as the work progresses isn't a nice-to-have: it's expected on most sites. We work between the trades to prevent build-up and extra costs at the end.

Types of site

  • New residential and apartment buildings
  • Offices and retail space
  • Detached houses
  • Major renovations

Scheduling

Give us the handover date. We line up the teams in advance, including at weekends if the schedule requires it, and confirm the delivered scope in writing.
